Manuel Mercado's first introduction to photography started in 2021 when he bought a film camera at a thrift store as a decorative item. To his surprise that camera was still functioning, being able to freeze moments in time and look back reliving those moments made him appreciate how meaningful it is to capture life as it happens. His approach to photography is to definitively capture everyday moments you might not think much of until they’re gone. "Capture a moment in life that defines who you were at one point in time."
